Park Inn Radisson

The Park Inn Hotel, a 3-star Radisson property, came to Designers Group as a brownfield project. The existing footprint constituted a ground floor plinth with a low height ceiling and a slab casted for the first floor with zoning yet to be defined. The low ceiling height of the ground floor enforced all public areas, including an all-day dining and banquet, on the top floor. This worked in the favour of the project as the rooftop offers terrific views of river Tapi. The overall theme incorporates art and culture of Gujarat as a whole and highlights Surat’s glory – the river Tapi. The rooms are designed keeping intact the design values of the local essence while Tapi is uniquely enthused in the design in the form of artworks across the hotel to maintain design consistency.
