To redesign the Marriott Hotel in Surat, the Designers Group had to keep in mind the legacy and prominence of the iconic property in the Gujarat circuit. As the first five-star property introduced over 30 years ago in Gujarat, the Marriott became an integral part of the city’s business and social hub. The new design language features innovative and thoughtfully designed guestrooms with stunning views of the city and Tapi river. The concept incorporated across the hotel is inspired from diamonds as Surat is well known for its diamond industry. As of today, the eminent property continues to remain the preferred destination for celebratory occasions of generations of Suratis.
